Hello,

I hope this finds you well.

I just wanted to say thank you again with all your support and mentorship throughout all my scholarship applications and medical school applications. Through your support, I won the Astronaut scholarship last year and most recently earned acceptances into Harvard, Stanford, Hopkins, UPenn, Yale, Cornell and WUSTL for medical school! I just wanted to give you a quick update because of how important of a mentor you were in my academic journey.

I am 99% set on attending the Knight Hennessy program (which I learned about from your suggestion actually) at Stanford  under a full ride in Academic year 2024-2025. In the meantime, I will spend next academic year (2023-2024) in Taiwan studying Chinese and working under a Chinese medicine lab under the complete funding of the Blakemore Scholarship Foundation!

I am excited for what the future holds, and want to thank you again for all your support pushing me to apply to such places and helping me refine my essays.

I hope you have a good rest of your semester and summer!

Sincerely,
Dany
